Annular Solar Eclipse of 2010 January 15
 from Myanmar, Bangladesh, India,
 the Maldive Islands or Kenya

To observe the 2010 January 15 annular eclipse, I was in Myanmar to optimize the weather prospects. Photographers who wish to automate their eclipse photography should use my Solar Eclipse Maestro software to enjoy even more the eclipse.
During the whole eclipse the sky has been clear and light haze could be seen over the horizon. Our small party was joined by about 50 villagers.
You can use this solar eclipse calculator to compute the local circumstances of the eclipse, and the solar eclipse timer notifies the beginning of the various events. A time exposure calculator is there to help you choose your camera settings.
