 from Chile, Argentina, the USA, Mexico,
 Namibia, South Africa or Spain

Weather-wise Chile, Argentina, the US Southwest, Mexico and Namibia will be the best locations to observe this total lunar eclipse from. Once more it will be possible to combine scouting in Mexico to prepare the 2024 April 8^th total solar eclipse. Hopefully the Covid-19 travel restrictions will be mostly gone!
