Hello Xavier,

SEM 1.6.5 crashes when taking a test exposure from the Hardware Configuration dialog... The rest works just fine.

Any suggestions?

Hi Robert,

There is indeed a problem in SEM 1.6.5 with the test exposure. However taking a single exposure is fine and running a script works as it should.

The crash will be fixed in SEM 1.6.6 that will be released in June 2010.
