Postby xjubier » Sun Jun 05, 2011 9:49 pm

Solar Eclipse Maestro 1.7.2 is now available for download.

This release fixes all the reported bugs since the previous version and many more; under the hood improvements were made as well.

Users of all the previous versions planning to connect a Nikon or Canon camera and a GPS are strongly urged to upgrade to this
version. Support for previous versions is terminated as of this day. Browse the ReadMe file to know more.
Please report soonest any problem you may encounter.

Here is a short list of the latest improvements and bugfixes:
- Added a new window containing the local circumstances in text format to simplify copy
- Improvements on the computations of mid eclipse
- Corrected a bug where mid eclipse was wrong when the eclipse was in progress at sunrise or sunset
- Corrected a display bug on the eclipse map scale
- Improvements for handling hybrid eclipses at the transition point(s)
- Preliminary support of the Nikon D5100
- User interface tweaks
- Miscellaneous bug fixes and enhancements
